The Beauty Industry Choice Awards (B.I.CA.™) were created to give beauty industry professionals and students the opportunity to recognize and honor individuals who have demonstrated excellence and inspiration, and the products or establishments that have made an extraordinary contribution to this dynamic industry.

Based on the responses received, a second ballot will then be generated listing the top three (3) nominees in each category. Your final vote will determine the winners and will be announced at the 9th Annual Spectrum International Beauty Expo “Evening of Elegance”, which will take place on Sunday, March 20, 2011 at the LAX Hilton Hotel 5711 W.
